Preschool Learning Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells digital, downloadable educational workbooks for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels.

Eligibility
Our products are meant to be purchased by parents, guardians, and teachers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for how the products are used by your child.
Your Account
- You may need to create an account to place an order or access your downloads.
- Please provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
Our Products
All products on our website are digital downloads (such as PDF workbooks). No physical item is shipped. We try to describe our products as accurately as possible, including the class level and what is included, and we encourage you to read the product description and sample pages before buying. Minor differences in colours or appearance may occur depending on your screen and printer.
Orders and Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and may include applicable taxes.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
- We may change prices or product details at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
- If a product is listed at the wrong price because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.
Delivery
After successful payment, your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to your registered email address. You can also download your files again from your account. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds and cancellations are limited. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
Licence and Permitted Use
When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and print it for your own non-commercial educational use, such as teaching your own child or your own students.
You may not:
- Resell, share, sell, rent, or distribute our products or any part of them, in digital or printed form, for free or for money
- Upload our products to any website, app, cloud drive, social media group, messaging group, or file-sharing platform for others to access
- Copy, modify, or use our content to create other products, courses, or materials for sale
- Remove our name, logo, watermark, or copyright notices
- Use our products for any commercial purpose, such as selling printed copies, without our written permission
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our products, including text, illustrations, designs, layouts, logos, and the name Preschool Learning Hub, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as described above. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
If you find our content being shared or sold without permission, please email us. We take piracy seriously and may take legal action against unauthorised copying or distribution, and we may suspend access to your account if you break the licence terms.
